Self-hosted admin: sign in with admin@localhost / fulfillflow. Connect Shopify when you have a store. Data stays in a local SQLite file.
Signed webhooks
Shopify HMAC verification and idempotent ingest. Duplicates never double-send.
Encrypted secrets
API keys, tokens, and FTP passwords stored with AES-256-GCM in a local SQLite database.
Self-healing jobs
Durable queue, SKIP LOCKED claims, exponential backoff. Failures stay visible in logs.

Connect Shopify
OAuth in, HMAC webhooks on. Every paid order lands in the queue without a dashboard click.
Add a supplier
REST API or FTP/SFTP. Credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
Map SKUs once
Shopify SKU → supplier SKU. After that, routing is automatic — including split orders.
Tracking writes itself
Workers poll the supplier, then push Track & Trace into Shopify fulfillments.
